200 Club Ticket Holders

For the 200 Club Ticket Holders, we are asking that you let us know if you are planning on attending the 200 Club Picnic this year. We are trying to gauge how many will attend sot that we can plan the food and drink by getting an idea of the number members attending. Please help us plan better for the picnic by selecting yes or no on the following form.

SHAC Membership Meeting

The Sleepy Hollow AC membership meeting will be Friday,  August 7th, 2020 at 8:00 PM.  There will be a number of proposed new members in attendance along with our regular members and board members.  For this reason and because we must follow the new PA Governor’s guidelines, we will be conducting the meeting on the deck, lower back porch and on the lawn which will allow us to have a larger gathering size.  You may want to bring lawn chairs for additional seating in case needed for the meeting.  The main emphasis of the meeting will be to vote in the new members.  Keep in mind that a meal must be ordered prior to ordering beverages regardless of where you will be seated.

Sleepy Hollow Board

Update…..

The club opened on Friday, June 26th as Berks County went to the green phase.  At that time, because we were limited to 50% capacity, the board decided to open the club to members only.  As of last night, we have not seen the 50% capacity limit so we have decided to open the club to members and guests of members starting Thursday night, July 2nd.  Guests of members must be signed in the book at the front door and will not be allowed to order drinks at the bar or to gamble.  Members must purchase drinks for their guests.  Remember, masks must still be worn when entering the building, to go to the restroom or to move through the bar or deck, and when leaving the club – you may remove your mask when seated.  As a reminder, all members must show their membership cards in order to be served and bartenders will be asking to see the cards.  The Sleepy Hollow AC board members are looking out for your safety as well as complying with CDC and PLCB guidelines and regulations for clubs.
